This show stopping birdhouse will have all of the neighborhood avian high society dropping by. Inspired by the Dana Thomas house Frank Lloyd Wright designed and built for socialite Susan Lawrence Dana in Springfield, IL in 1902. The clear acrylic front piece of the birdhouse features a laser etched design of the southern entrance of the main house with an opening that is big enough for chickadees and house wrens, but too small for sparrows. Chickadees and wrens like their homes to be built four to ten feet above the ground. Birdhouse is made of pine and cedar and finished with a protective exterior stain. Hanger bracket hardware is included. 8" square. Made in USA.
